His Eminence Kalu Rinpoche has been giving teachings to his monks and Lamas
at his Siligura Stupa for the month of March and in April His Eminence and a
large group of his Monks and Lamas will spend one month in Mirik to receive
Lineage Teachings from Khenpo Lodro Donyo. Rinpoche and everyone will be
returning to His Monastery for the Annual the Shangpa 5 Tantric Deities Puja
celebration of the Anniversary of Dorge Chang Kabje Kalu Rinpoche Starting
on May 1st through the 10th. Beyond this time we do not know Rinpoche's
schedule.
There are however plans to begin a new Shangpa Kagyu Traditional Three Year
Retreat in November of this year. Work crews are currently repairing and
upgrading the Retreat Center. The Monks that have been selected are engaged
in intense study and preparations. Some of the Retreat participants are in
need of a small stipend money to purchase offering materials, medical
supplies and other personal care items, if you or any one you know would
